How is BC® packaged?
Individual dose is packaged in a folded glassine paper. Two-ct and six-ct packages contain two or six glassines in a paper envelope while larger sizes contain multiple glassines in cardboard box. Each envelope or box has a plastic overwrap with a tear-tape containing BC logo.


Does the package/box/tube have a safety seal?
Yes, the envelope/carton has a plastic overwrap and a tear-tape with BC logo. Do not use if the safety overwrap or 'BC' tear-tape is missing or torn.


Can the package be recycled?
No.


Is there an expiration date on the package? Can the product be used after the expiration date?
Yes, there is an expiration date on the package. No, we do not recommend using it after the expiration date.


Will BC® stain or discolor clothing or fabric, or harm surfaces like countertops, wood, laminate and tile?
We would not expect this to occur, but we have not tested the product in this context.


What do the initials 'BC' stand for?
BC stands for Bernard and Commodore Council, the founders of BC® Powder. They borrowed their initials to name the powder. According to legend, the BC Powder mixture included crushed aspirin and caffeine, the same ingredients still used today.
